目的了解石墨炉原子吸收法测定乌鲁木齐市市售鸡肉组织中铅、镉的含量。方法采用微波消解技术,用硝酸和过氧化氢彻底消解样品,消解后的样品用石墨炉原子吸收分光光度法测定铅、镉。结果铅浓度在0~80.0μg/L、镉浓度在0~10.0μg/L范围内呈良好的线性关系,相关系数铅r=0.999 1,镉r=0.999 7;最低检出限铅为5.0μg/kg,镉为0.10μg/kg;相对标准偏差铅<7.7%,镉<8.1%;铅回收率93.6%~98.2%,镉回收率91.3%~95.3%。结论该方法能够检测鸡肉组织中铅和镉的含量。
Objective To understand the contents of lead and cadmium in the chicken meat sold in Urumqi by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry. Methods The samples were digested with nitric acid and hydrogen peroxide by microwave digestion technique. The samples after digestion were determined by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrophotometry for lead and cadmium. Results The results showed that there was a good linear relationship between Pb concentration 0 ~ 80.0μg / L and cadmium concentration 0 ~ 10.0μg / L, the correlation coefficient was 0.999 1 for lead and 0.999 7 for cadmium, and the lowest limit of detection was 5.0μg / kg, and cadmium 0.10μg / kg. The relative standard deviations were lead <7.7%, cadmium <8.1%, lead recovery 93.6% ~ 98.2% and cadmium recovery 91.3% ~ 95.3%. Conclusion The method can detect the content of lead and cadmium in chicken tissues.
