职业资格与学历是社会劳动者赖以就业的重要参照指标。本文结合当前我国中高职衔接模式的不同类型与特点,以解决衔接中培养目标的脱节、招考制度不完善及课程设置不尽科学等现实问题为目标,探索基于职业资格标准的中高职培养目标、招考制度、课程教学等衔接方式,以突出新形势下职业资格标准分级制衔接、学习结果衔接等模式对于我国中高职衔接工作的实践意义。
Professional qualifications and academic qualifications are important reference indicators for employment of social workers. Based on the different types and characteristics of the current mode of higher vocational education in our country, this paper aims to solve the practical problems such as the disconnection of cultivation target in convergence, imperfect recruitment examination system and the unscientific curriculum setting, so as to explore the cultivation of higher vocational education based on vocational qualification standard Objectives, recruitment system, curriculum teaching and other convergence ways to highlight the new situation of occupational qualification standards for graduation convergence, convergence of learning outcomes and other modes of practice for China’s vocational education.
