第一条为供应医药及研究科学上必需之麻醉药品,并防止共不正当使用,特制定本条例,凡麻醉药品之输入、制造、供应、购用及稽核依本条例管理之。第二条本条例所称之麻醉桨品,系指能成瘾癖之毒性药品,其范围包括左列各类:(一)阿片类——包括药用阿片,有毒性而能成瘾癖之阿片 Article 1 This Ordinance is formulated for the supply of narcotic drugs which are necessary for the study of medical science and which are scientifically necessary and for the prevention of common improper use.
