在不同渗透势的甘露醇溶液和不同土壤含水量的土培条件下,比较研究了黄土高原半干旱地区四种主要春播谷类作物:糜子、谷子、高梁和玉米在种子吸胀、萌发、胚芽伸长和出土以及种苗初期生长各不同成苗阶段的抗旱性及需水条件。结果表明,在幼芽伸长阶段对水分最为敏感。四种作物中,出土前,玉米种苗有较强的抗旱性;出土以后,高梁和谷子幼苗的耐萎蔫能力优于玉米和糜子。据此,对上述作物的抗旱保苗提出建议。
