采用计算机数值模拟方法结合天固聚氨酯化学封孔材料,分析软、硬2种煤质中的封孔材料对钻孔孔壁围岩稳定性的影响,并得出不同煤质中抽采钻孔应力场和位移场变化特征,聚氨酯封孔材料不仅具有密封作用,而且能够对钻孔孔壁产生支护作用,减小破坏特征,有效防止钻孔漏气现象发生。
The effects of sealing material in soft and hard coal on the stability of surrounding rock of borehole wall were analyzed by computer numerical simulation combined with Tianzhu polyurethane chemical sealing material. Stress field and displacement field, the polyurethane sealing material not only has the sealing effect, but also can support the borehole wall, reduce the damage characteristics and effectively prevent the occurrence of borehole gas leakage.
