血液透析 (ＨＤ)治疗急性肾功衰竭 (ＡＲＦ)已被公认。但选择不同的抗凝方法 ,将会影响ＨＤ效果 ,甚至引发严重的并发症 ,导致不良后果。为此我们选择了普通肝素 (ＳＨ)、低分子量肝素 (ＬＭＷＨ)和无肝素三种抗凝方法进行ＨＤ ,治疗重症急性肾功衰竭患者 ,现报告如下。1 材料
