渗透胁迫对水稻芽期抗旱性的影响

利用6个抗性不同的水稻品种为材料,研究渗透胁迫下水稻芽期形态和生理指标的变化。结果表明:水稻胚芽鞘、胚根长度和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性、还原型谷胱甘肽(GSH)、维生素C(Vc)、脯氨酸(Pro)、丙二醛(MDA)以及亚精胺(Spd)、精胺(Spm)含量等11项与抗旱性有关的形态和生理指标的相对值与抗旱系数相关显著或极显著,可作为水稻芽期抗旱性的评价指标。通过主成分分析确立了Vc、GSH和Spm含量的相对值为水稻芽期抗旱性的综合指标,以抗旱系数为因变量,3个综合指标为自变量建立的回归方程对供试品种的抗旱性进行预测效果较好。 Six rice cultivars with different resistances were used as materials to study the morphological and physiological changes of rice at osmotic stress.
