经我委员会领导批准,生命科学部和国际合作局1995年积极组织了由我国科学家和加拿大多伦多大学孙绵方教授共同参加的“微囊化细胞移植”国际合作研究项目。这个项目与现行的基金项目,国际合作与交流项目相比,其特点是研究工作将以国际合作方式进行,经费资助范围既包括研究费用,又包括国际交流费用。因此,它是我委员会在资助国际合作研究工作方面的一种新尝试。
Approved by the leadership of the Commission, the Department of Life Science and International Cooperation hosted the “Microencapsulated Cell Transplantation” International Cooperation Project co-participated by our scientists and Professor Sun Mianfang of the University of Toronto in 1995. Compared with the current fund projects and international cooperation and exchange programs, this project is characterized by the fact that the research work will be conducted in the form of international cooperation. The funding scope covers both research costs and international exchange fees. Therefore, it is a new attempt of my committee to fund international cooperative research.
