目的:对穿心莲滴丸中的穿心莲内酯进行体外溶出度研究。方法:采用体外溶出度试验和HPLC法,以穿心莲内酯为指标,考察穿心莲滴丸在不同时间的累积溶出百分数。结果:穿心莲内酯在(4.932~394.56)μg·mL-1范围内线性关系良好,穿心莲滴丸中的穿心莲内酯在15 min时累积溶出数可达85%。结论:制成穿心莲滴丸可以提高穿心莲内酯类难溶性药物的溶出度,从而提高生物利用度。
Objective: To study the in vitro dissolution of andrographolide in Andrographis paniculata. METHODS: In vitro dissolution test and HPLC method were used to evaluate the cumulative dissolution percentage of Andrographis Paniculata in different time. RESULTS: Andrographolide had good linearity in the range of (4.932-394.56) μg·mL-1. Andrographolide in the Andrographis Pills accumulated cumulatively up to 85% at 15 min. Conclusion: The preparation of Andrographis paniculata can improve the dissolution rate of the poorly soluble drugs of Andrographolide, so as to improve the bioavailability.
