9月28日上午,随着展现北汽集团职工以昂扬的精神面貌喜迎运动会开幕的短片的播放,一个色彩绚烂的巨大“北汽梦”造型呈现在观众的面前,随着造型的不断变换,北汽集团第三届职工运动会入场式正式开始。国旗、司旗、会旗方阵,红旗方阵,鲜花方阵鱼贯而入,北汽集团35家企业运动员代表队相继走过主席台,进行文化展示。特别是,体现北汽集团发展成果的32辆展车驶入会场将开幕式推向了高潮。伴着喜庆的乐曲声,中华全国总工会党组成员、全国政协社法委副主任张世平宣布:
