桑色素(Morin)荧光光度法测定铝早就被研究,但采用固体表面荧光法的测定研究却未曾见报导.我们使用YF-1型荧光计,找出铝—桑色素配合物在滤纸基质上的最佳生成条件及测试条件,并用于铜合金中铝的测定,获得了满意的结果.一、主要试剂及仪器铝标准溶液(1.0mg/ml):称取0.5000g金属铝(AR),用少量浓HCl加热溶解,以1mol/L NaOH中和至弱酸性,加水定容500ml.使用时稀释至所需浓度并调节至适当的pH值;
