铁在水中通常有Fe~(2+)、Fe~(3+)两种形式,地层水未接触氧气时,以Fe~(2+)为主,当水中含氧时,主要是Fe~(3+)。在处理流程不密闭的情况下,空气中的氧进入注入水中,使Fe~(2+)发生一系列反应,影响注入水水质,同时导致流程设备腐蚀加剧。海上部分地区注水油田的地层水中、有一定含量的原生亚铁离子,对油田注水水质指标的确定及注水工艺流程都产生了直接的影响。结合海上油田开发设施空间紧凑,流程短等特点,本文提出海上油田注入水地层原生中亚铁离子的控制措施建议,实现海上油田经济稳定注水。
Iron usually has Fe ~ (2 +) and Fe ~ (3+) forms in water. When the formation water is not in contact with oxygen, it is mainly Fe ~ (2+). When the water contains oxygen, 3+). There is a certain content of primary ferrous ions in the formation water of the injection water field in some parts of the sea, which has a direct impact on the determination of the water quality index and the water injection process of the oilfield. Combining the characteristics of compact space and short process of development facilities for offshore oilfields, this paper proposes the control measures for injecting primary ferrous ions into the water stratum by offshore oilfields, and realizes stable economic waterflooding for offshore oilfields.
