目的 :观察开心散对东莨菪碱模型动物脑内单胺类神经递质、胆碱酯酶和SOD、MDA的影响。方法 :复制东莨菪碱所致大鼠记忆障碍模型 ,应用开心散进行防治 ,检测大鼠记忆功能、脑组织单胺类神经递质、胆碱酯酶以及SOD、MDA的变化。结果 :开心散能增强记忆障碍模型大鼠的记忆能力 ,调节脑内单胺类神经递质的含量 ,抑制胆碱酯酶活性 ,提高SOD活性 ,降低MDA含量。结论 :开心散能够改善模型动物的记忆功能 ,其作用机理可能与调节神经递质含量、减轻脂质过氧化反应、清除自由基作用有关。
Objective : To observe the effects of Kaixinsan on brain monoamine neurotransmitters, cholinesterase, SOD and MDA in scopolamine model animals. METHODS: The scopolamine-induced memory impairment model was established in rats and was treated with Kaixinsan. The memory function, brain monoamine neurotransmitters, cholinesterase, SOD and MDA were detected. Results: Kaixinsan can enhance the memory ability of rats with memory impairment, regulate the content of monoamine neurotransmitters in the brain, inhibit cholinesterase activity, increase SOD activity, and reduce MDA content. Conclusion: Kaixinsan can improve the memory function of model animals. Its mechanism may be related to the regulation of neurotransmitter content, reduction of lipid peroxidation, and scavenging of free radicals.
