目的研究通光藤Marsdenia tenacissima的化学成分。方法采用硅胶柱色谱法及ODS柱色谱法进行分离纯化,依据理化性质和光谱数据鉴定化合物结构。结果从通光藤的70%乙醇提取物中分离得到了4个C21甾体化合物,分别鉴定为11α,12β-二-O-2-甲基丁酰基-通光藤苷元B(Ⅰ)、11α-O-2-甲基丁酰基-12β-O-乙酰基-通光藤苷元B(Ⅱ)、通光藤苷H(Ⅲ)和marsdenosideA(Ⅳ)。结论化合物Ⅰ为新化合物,命名为通光藤苷O(tenacis-sosideO)。
Objective To study the chemical constituents of the radish vine, Marsdenia tenacissima. Methods The compounds were isolated and purified by silica gel column chromatography and ODS column chromatography. The structures of the compounds were identified on the basis of physicochemical properties and spectral data. Results Four C21 steroidal compounds were isolated from the 70% ethanol extract of T. yunnanensis, identified as 11α, 12β-di-O-2-methylbutyryl-tongtengyuan B(I), 11α-, respectively. O-2-methylbutyryl-12β-O-acetyl-passoglycoside B (II), tranexine H (III) and marsdenoside A (IV). Conclusion Compound I is a new compound and is named as tenacis-soside O.
