调温热沉是开展相关空间环境模拟试验的必备技术手段。文章探讨了调温热沉在空间环境试验中应用的优点、前景及必要性;通过对国外调温热沉的研究应用情况进行总结,分析了调温热沉的一些主要设备及技术要求,包括高低温泵与风机、液氮换热器和液氮喷射器、电加热器等,还介绍了各种制冷技术的原理和适用范围以及导热液性能要求。最后对我国开展调温热沉研制工作提出了建议。
Thermostat heat sink is to carry out relevant space environment simulation test of the necessary technical means. In this paper, the advantages, prospects and necessity of application of thermostatic heat sink in space environment test are discussed. Based on the research and application of thermostat abroad, some major equipment and technical requirements of thermostat heat sink are analyzed, including High and low temperature pumps and fans, liquid nitrogen heat exchangers and liquid nitrogen ejectors, electric heaters, etc., also introduced a variety of refrigeration technology principles and application of thermal conductivity and performance requirements. Finally, some suggestions are put forward for the development of thermostat heat sink in our country.
