我国石油石化工业目前仍处于大而不太强、发展机遇与挑战并存、国际竞争力还需要进一步提高为特征的发展时期。产业发展正处于由大走强、逐步升级、再上新台阶的过程,预计2010～2015年,我国石油和化学工业面临的有利因素大于不利因素,行业经济运行将继续向好的方向发展。
At present, the petroleum and petrochemical industry in our country is still large but not too strong. The development opportunities and challenges coexist, and the international competitiveness needs further improvement as the characteristic development period. It is estimated that from 2010 to 2015, China’s oil and chemical industry is facing more favorable factors than unfavorable factors, and the economic operation of the industry will continue to develop in a good direction.
