在中国地方菜系中,山东菜(又称“鲁菜”),历来占有重要地位,影响及于京津和整个北方地区。 胶东菜,因起源于福山(原为福山县,今为烟台市福山区)也称“福山菜”,因烟台港名声远扬,又叫“烟台菜”。福山作为胶东菜的发源地,其烹饪技术见诸文字记载,已有七百年的历史,而且代代相传,历久不衰。长期以来,福山作为“烹饪之乡”,在继承、挖掘、发展、创新的原则下,使胶东菜的风味流传国内外。
In the local cuisine of China, Shandong cuisine (also known as “Shandong cuisine”) has always occupied an important position in Beijing, Tianjin and the entire northern region.
