目的:探讨门诊输液室的护患沟通技巧,以更好的为患者服务。方法:宁波大学医学院附属鄞州医院自2015年10月开始对医院门诊输液室护士进行护患沟通技巧的培训,比较分析实施前后护士对沟通技巧和健康教育知识的掌握程度及医疗纠纷的发生率。结果:培训后护理人员合格率,较培训之前有了明显提升(P<0.05)。培训后医疗纠纷发生率,较培训前有了明显降低(P<0.05)。结论:医院门诊输液室护士熟练掌握护患沟通技巧,能够有效降低各类护理纠纷的发生,在最大程度上提高护理质量。
Objective: To discuss nurse-patient communication skills in outpatient infusion room to better serve patients. Methods: Yinzhou Hospital Affiliated to Medical College of Ningbo University started training nurse-patient communication skills in hospital outpatient infusion room nurses since October 2015, and compared the mastery degree of nurses on communication skills and health education knowledge before and after the implementation and the incidence of medical disputes . Results: The qualified rate of nursing staff after training was significantly higher than that before training (P <0.05). The incidence of medical disputes after training was significantly lower than that before training (P <0.05). Conclusion: The hospital outpatient infusion room nurse proficiency in nurse-patient communication skills, can effectively reduce the incidence of various types of nursing disputes, to the greatest extent improve the quality of care.
