本文针对廊坊市城市道路交通拥堵形成的原因,提出具体治理措施.要把城市规划与城市交通规划相结合;控制和疏散交通流量;促使静态交通与动态交通协调发展;规范停车场建设与停车管理;加大对交通体系的研究;重视交通智能系统的研发及应用;加大交通常识宣传工作力度等.达到缓解交通拥堵的目的.
