中医院发展的历程,就是中医院文化不断扬弃与创新的过程。从兴化市中医院的建设实践,论述中医院文化建设的几个方面:①几代人的心血凝成中医院良好的总体布局;②先贤的文化遗产植入了中医院的院魂精神;③医院文化呈现多元、嬗变的特点;④医院文化以人为本,需要人文精神与人文关怀;⑤医院文化的重建任重而道远,需要大力弘扬和培育医院精神,不断创新和丰富医院文化内涵,形成医院跨越发展。
