教育教学活动中,我们总会对一些班级进行评价,比如某班学生太活跃,某班学生太沉闷;某班学生很团结,某班学生很松散;某班学生有礼貌,某班学生不守文明等,这些看似简单的评价,其实道出了一个班的班级性格。什么是班级性格?班级性格就是一个班集体在各个方面所表现出来的有别于其他班级的特殊个性。它是在班级形成过程中逐渐形成的班级特征。因此,班级性格具有优劣之分。作为教师,特别是班主任,要努力塑造班级优秀的个性,把班级建设成为一个班风淳正、学风浓厚、文明守记、团结向上的班集体。
In education and teaching activities, we always evaluate some classes. For example, students in one class are too active and students in a certain class are too boring.
