以钢、硬质合金和陶瓷 3种材料制备水煤浆喷嘴 ,研究它们的磨损机理。结果表明 ,喷嘴材料的硬度越高 ,其磨损量越小 ;钢喷嘴的磨损机理主要表现为塑性变形和微观切削 ,硬质合金喷嘴的磨损机理主要表现为晶粒剥落 ,而陶瓷喷嘴的磨损机理主要表现为研磨状损伤和热崩。
The CWS nozzles were made of steel, cemented carbide and ceramic, and their wear mechanisms were studied. The results show that the higher the hardness of the nozzle material, the smaller the wear is. The wear mechanism of the steel nozzle is mainly plastic deformation and micro-cutting. The wear mechanism of the carbide nozzle is mainly the spalling, while the wear mechanism of the ceramic nozzle Mainly for the grinding damage and thermal collapse.
