患者,男,36岁。间断性四肢酸困,活动障碍,心慌一年半,再次发作伴心悸3小时为主诉急诊入院。临床诊断为甲状腺机能亢进合并周期性麻痹。一年半前,患者晨起时突然四肢失灵,不能起床,检查发现血钾低,口服氯化钾后好转。一个月前上述症状再次发作,且伴有心慌、出汗及手颤,入院前3小时患者突感心悸难忍,四肢完全不能活动,急来我院就医。体检:体温36.5℃,心率92次
Patient, male, 36 years old. Intermittent limbs acid sleepy, mobility disorders, palpitation for a year and a half, again with heart palpitations 3 hours mainly for emergency admission.
