高锰钢(л-г13)的收缩率大,导热性低,在铸造或水韧时均易产生裂纹。此外,由于高碳高锰的关系,焊补也比较困难,容易造成废品。我厂过去的废品中差不多有80%以上就是因为一些很小的缺陷而不能加以焊补而报废的。苏联专家曾经告诉我们,高锰钢可以用18—8镍铬不锈钢焊条焊补,但是此种焊条国内不易购到。在技术革新运动中,在工人舆技术人员的密切配合下进行试验,最后得到了成功的方法。
