目的:观察依普拉封对妇女围绝经期症状及骨质疏松的治疗效果。方法:采取随机双盲对照法将60例绝经期妇女分为治疗组(Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组)和对照组。治疗Ⅱ组20例口服复方氨基酸螯合钙、维生素AD滴剂及依普拉封,治疗Ⅰ组20例口服复方氨基酸螯合钙和维生素AD滴剂,对照组20例服安慰剂与复方氨基酸螯合钙,3组分别于治疗6个月、12个月后评估围绝经期症状,骨密度和骨代谢生化指标。结果:治疗Ⅱ组潮热和骨痛症状明显缓解,骨密度增加,血清钙上升,ALP、PTH、TRAP下降,显著优于治疗Ⅰ组和对照组(P<0.05)。结论:依普拉封有抑制骨吸收、促进骨形成的作用,能有效预防和治疗妇女围绝经期症状和骨质疏松,可以作为激素替代疗法的补充。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the therapeutic effect of Iprastix on perimenopausal symptoms and osteoporosis in women. Methods: Sixty menopausal women were divided into treatment group (group Ⅰ and group Ⅱ) and control group by randomized double-blind comparison. 20 cases of treatment group Ⅱ oral compound amino acid calcium chelate, vitamin AD drops and Ipraprofen, the treatment group Ⅰ 20 oral compound calcium amino acid chelate and vitamin AD drops, the control group of 20 patients taking placebo and compound amino acid chelate Calcium, three groups were treated for 6 months, 12 months after the assessment of perimenopausal symptoms, bone mineral density and biochemical markers of bone metabolism. Results: The symptoms of hot flashes and bone pain were relieved in treatment group Ⅱ. The bone mineral density increased, the serum calcium increased, and the levels of ALP, PTH and TRAP decreased significantly in treatment Ⅱ group than those in treatment Ⅰ and control groups (P <0.05). Conclusion: Ipraflex can inhibit bone resorption and promote bone formation, and can effectively prevent and treat perimenopausal symptoms and osteoporosis in women. It can be used as a supplement to hormone replacement therapy.
