目的 探讨中枢神经细胞瘤(CNC)的MRI表现,提高对该病的认识.方法 回顾分析7例经手术、病理证实的CNC患者资料,分析其发生部位、形态及MRI表现.结果 7例均位于侧脑室内,5例病灶位于侧脑室透明隔临近Monro孔处,2例位于侧脑室体部.右侧4例,左侧3例,其中2例跨透明隔生长同时累及两侧脑室.肿瘤以实性成分为主,广基底与透明隔或侧脑室相连,MRI表现为T1WI呈等/稍低信号,T2WI呈不均匀等/高信号,边缘可见条索状等信号结构.内部信号不均匀,4例可见多发小囊变.增强扫描肿瘤实性部分明显强化.结论 CNC的发生部位及MRI表现具有一定特点,熟悉其起源、生物学特性及MRI表现有助于在术前作出准确诊断.
