水稻早籼品种遗传参数的研究

本世纪中叶以来,国内外许多学者结合生物统计学和遗传学的方法,对主要作物的数量性状遗传传递规律进行了研究。本文选取当前我国南方稻区大面积生产的早籼品种为试验材料,应用变量分析法,不但分析研究了其主要性状的平均值、遗传力及性状间的表现型、遗传型的相关系数,而且研究了选择单一性状时产量的遗传进度(即遗传获得量)和有关选择指数。这些遗传参数的研究,初步揭示了我国南方稻区当前推广的早籼品种主要性状的遗传动态,对于进一步选育早籼新品种有着一定的指 Since the middle of this century, many scholars at home and abroad have combined the methods of biostatistics and genetics to study the law of gene transfer of quantitative traits of major crops. In this paper, we selected the early Indica rice cultivars produced in large area in southern China as experimental materials. By using the method of variable analysis, we not only analyzed the average value of major traits, the heritability and the correlation coefficients between heritability and heritability The genetic progress (ie, the amount of genetic gain) and the relevant selection index of yield when selecting a single trait were studied. The study of these genetic parameters has initially revealed the genetic dynamics of the main characters of the early indica varieties popularized in the rice growing areas in southern China and has certain significance for further breeding of the new indica varieties.
