针对同沟敷设埋地管道的传热特点,采用有限体积法对成品油管道和原油管道同沟敷设的非稳态传热规律进行了数值模拟,计算分析了成品油管道和原油管道间距、埋深及成品油油温等因素对同沟敷设管道传热规律的影响。结果表明:管道间距的增加能够有效降低原油管道管壁平均散热热流密度,在管道间距增大到一定程度时,原油管道管壁平均热流密度趋于饱和状态;管道埋深的增加,能够降低成品油管道管壁和原油管道管壁的平均散热热流密度,增加成品油的吸热量和管道传热参数对地表温度波动响应的延迟时间;成品油管道油温的升高,能够有效降低原油管道管壁的平均热流密度。
