目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定吴茱萸醇提物中吴茱萸次碱的方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱Kromasil C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm);流动相为乙腈:水(31∶69);流速:1 mL/min;检测波长:344 nm;柱温:30℃。结果:吴茱萸次碱的平均回收率为95.9%,RSD=1.3%。结论:该方法准确稳定,重现性好,操作简单。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of rutaecarpine in alcohol extract of Fructus Evodia by HPLC. Methods: The column was Kromasil C18 (4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm). The mobile phase was acetonitrile: water (31:69). The flow rate was 1 mL / min. The detection wavelength was 344 nm. The column temperature : 30 ° C. Results: The average recovery of rutaecarpine was 95.9%, RSD = 1.3%. Conclusion: The method is accurate and stable, reproducible and easy to operate.
