目的探讨胎儿胎盘毛细血管壁增厚及胎儿胎盘毛细血管壁纤维蛋白样沉集对胎儿出生后1min Apgar评分的影响。方法回顾10例2008年1月—2010年6月期间温江区妇幼保健院20~25岁孕妇分娩的胎儿出生后1min Apgar评分≤5分的胎盘毛细血管壁厚度及是否有纤维蛋白样物沉集。对比同期收治的10例20~25岁孕妇分娩胎儿出生后1min Apga评分10分的胎儿胎盘毛细血管壁厚度及毛细血管壁是否有纤维蛋白样沉集。结果 10例20~25岁孕妇分娩的胎儿在出生后1min Apgar评分≤5分的胎儿胎盘毛细血管壁增厚大于50%,胎儿胎盘毛细血管壁有纤维蛋白样物沉集。同期间10例20~25岁孕妇分娩的胎儿在出生后1min Apgar评分10分的胎儿胎盘毛细血管没有增厚,胎儿胎盘毛细血管壁无纤维蛋白样沉集。结论胎儿胎盘毛细血管壁增厚,胎儿胎盘毛细血管壁纤维蛋白样沉集是影响胎儿出生后1min Apgar评分小于或等于5分的重要影响因素。
Objective To investigate the effects of fetal placental capillary wall thickening and fetal placental capillary fibrin deposition on the Apgar score at 1 minute after birth. Methods From January 2008 to June 2010, 10 children with 20-25-year-old fetuses in Wenjiang District MCH hospital were retrospectively analyzed for placental capillary wall thickness and fibrin-like substance sedimentation . Comparing the same period of 10 cases of 20 to 25-year-old pregnant women giving birth 1min after birth Apga score of 10 fetal placental capillary wall thickness and capillary wall whether fibrin-like sedimentation. Results Fetal placental capillary wall thickening was more than 50% in 10 fetuses of 20-25 years old at 1 minute after birth. The placental wall of fetus with Apgar score ≤5 points had fibrin protein deposition in the wall of fetal placenta. During the same period, 10 fetuses delivered by pregnant women aged 20-25 years old had no thickening of the fetal placental capillaries with an Apgar score of 10 points at 1 minute after birth, and no fibrin-like sedimentation in the fetal placental capillary wall. Conclusions Fetal placental capillary wall thickening, fetal placental capillary wall fibrin-like deposition is an important factor affecting the Apgar score less than or equal to 5 points at 1 minute after birth.
