基于高效液相色谱-串联质谱仪建立了检测唾液和头发中花生四烯酸乙醇氨(AEA)和2-花生四烯酸甘油(2-AG)含量的方法,并用于检测157名在校大学生唾液和头发中的AEA和2-AG,探讨AEA和2-AG对性别和肥胖的影响.唾液中的待测物采用乙酸乙酯液液萃取提纯;头发中的待测物经甲醇孵育,用固相萃取柱萃取提纯.在大气压化学电离正离子模式和多反应监测方式下进行定性测试,以外标法进行定量测试.方法验证结果显示,唾液AEA,2-AG检测限分别为0.07和0.40 ng/m L;头发AEA,2-AG检测限分别为0.7和3.2 pg/mg;日内、日间变异系数均小于15%,回收率为97.9%~108.0%.人群研究结果表明,肥胖者唾液和头发AEA,2-AG含量均显著高于非肥胖者(p<0.010);男性唾液2-AG含量显著低于女性(p<0.050),但AEA含量没有性别差异(p=0.844);男性头发2-AG含量显著高于女性(p<0.010),但AEA含量没有性别差异(p=0.456).
