本文以青霉菌为出发菌株,论述了青霉素的发酵生产的一般流程、影响发酵产率的因素及发酵过程控制。1.青霉素的发酵生产(1)菌种保存青霉素生产菌种一般在真空冷冻干燥状态下保存其分生孢子[1-2]。也可以用甘油或乳糖溶液做悬浮剂,在-70℃冰箱或液氮中保存孢子悬浮液或营养菌丝体。
