随着国家教育改革的不断深入,幼儿教育的改革也提上了日程,幼教的研究者们积极探索更适合现代孩子们的启蒙教育的方式。研究者们已经有了一些成果,这些成果已被老师们运用到教学中,并取得了良好的反响。在如今的教师队伍中,以青年教师为主,他们容易接受新的教学观念和方法,但在教学实践中缺乏对这些新的观念和方法深入的思考,也就不能取得更好的教育效果。学校为了幼儿园数学教育的发展,组织了青年教师团到其他幼儿园去参观学习。在实地考察的过程中,发现一些老师的教学方法存在明显的问题,值得深入研究。鉴于此,本文将从以下几个方面来探讨幼儿园数学教育的策略。
With the continuous deepening of the national education reform, preschool education reform has also been put on the agenda. Researchers of preschool education have actively explored ways that are more suitable for the enlightenment education of modern children. Researchers have achieved some results, which have been applied to teaching by teachers and have been well received. Among the current teachers, young teachers mainly accept new teaching concepts and methods. However, their teaching practice lacks deep thinking on these new concepts and methods and can not achieve better educational effects. School for kindergarten mathematics education development, organized a group of young teachers to other kindergartens to study. During the field investigation, we found that some teachers’ teaching methods have obvious problems and deserve further study. In view of this, this article will explore the following aspects of kindergarten math education strategy.
