患儿蒋×,女,4岁。自出生后即发现有上腭裂及右眼较左眼小,右眼视力较差。一直未经治疗。于4年前发现右下颌龈上有一黄豆大小之肿块,随年龄增长面长大。目前进食和语言均有困难。于1982年10月27日入院。检查:543舌側齦部及牙槽脊部分有一约4×3×2cm大小的肿物。由于舌侧肿块延伸至舌腹部,使舌体向左侧偏移并向上腭部抬高。肿块呈淡红色,位于牙槽脊上的肿块质地较硬,向舌腹部及磨牙后垫延伸
