探讨了通过溶液共混法对聚氯乙烯(PVC)膜亲水性强化的改性研究中,醋酸纤维素(CA)在PVC/CA共混体系中的质量百分含量对PVC/CA共混膜的断面微观结构、水通量、机械性能、截留率等性能的印象情况,并采用XPS来表征CA的质量百分含量对PVC/CA共混膜亲水性的影响,同时讨论了PVC/CA为7/3时,聚合物含量对膜性能的影响。结果表明,CA质量百分含量达到30%时,PVC/CA共混膜的亲水性就可以得到较大程度的提高,水通量较PVC膜提高了46倍,其原因是膜的亲水性增强,膜的机械性能和截留率略有降低;当继续增大CA的质量百分含量时,水通量较PVC膜提高1 454倍,其原因是PVC/CA相容性急剧下降,膜的拉伸强度和截留率大幅度降低,PVC/CA共混膜的亲水性没有太大的提高。该结果表明CA在PVC/CA共混体系中的最佳质量百分含量为30%。对于共混比为7/3的PVC/CA共混膜,聚合物质量百分含量为14%可以得到性能较好的PVC/CA共混膜。
