中国内燃机工业协会缸套活塞环专业协会经过近一年的筹备,并经机电部工程农机司和体改司的批准,于一九八九年十二月十四日至十六日在河北省石家庄市召开了成立大会。来自全国各地的七十一个缸套、活塞环生产企业和五个科研院所的116名代表出席了会议,这次大会受到各级领导的普遍关注,中国内燃机工业协会筹委会副秘书长章宗德和张竞同志参加了会议,机电部工程农机司内燃机处刘吉善处长、河北省机电厅冯银宝总工程师、石家庄市经委副主任蒋永华同志出席了大会并讲了话,这是缸套、活塞环行业规模较大的一次盛会。 缸套活塞环专业协会是全国缸套活塞环生产企业及有关科研院所、大专院校自愿组成的全国性行业团体,它在中国内燃机工业协会领导下开展工作,现有七十九家团体会员,其中有六个科研事业单位,包括了我国汽车、农机、铁路、交通、工程机械和兵工系统的主要缸套、活塞环专业生产企业。全部年产量:缸套达2000万只、活塞环2亿片,总产值16亿元,职工五万余人,这个专业协会的成立以服务于本行业的发展为宗旨,它将通过全体会员的共同努力,把协会办成:
After nearly one year of preparation, the China National Internal Combustion Engine Industry Association’s cylinder liner and piston ring professional association was approved by the Ministry of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering Agricultural Machinery Division and the Department of Structural Improvement, from December 14th to 16th, 1989 in Hebei Province. Shijiazhuang City held an inaugural meeting. Seventy-one representatives of cylinder liners, piston ring manufacturers and five scientific research institutes from all parts of the country attended the conference. The conference attracted widespread attention from leaders at all levels. The Deputy Secretary-General of the China Combustion Engine Industry Association Preparatory Committee Comrades Zhang Zongde and Zhang Jing attended the meeting. Chief Engineer Liu Jishan of the Department of Internal Combustion Engines of the Ministry of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering, Hebei Province Electromechanical Engineer Feng Yinbao, and Comrade Jiang Yonghua, deputy director of Shijiazhuang Economic Commission attended the conference and delivered speeches. The Cylinder Ring Piston Ring Professional Association is a nationwide industrial group that is a national manufacturer of cylinder liner piston rings and related research institutes and colleges and universities. It works under the leadership of the China Internal Combustion Engine Industry Association and currently has 79 corporate members. Among them, there are six scientific research institutions, including the major cylinder liners and piston ring professional production enterprises of China’s automobile, agricultural machinery, railways, transportation, construction machinery and military systems. Annual production: 20 million cylinder liners, 200 million piston rings, 1.6 billion yuan in output value, and more than 50,000 employees.
