随着“走出去”战略的实施,中国企业国际化步伐加快,但企业面临的金融风险敞口问题越来越突出,本文首先分析了国际化企业金融风险敞口的现实背景,并对金融风险敞口进行了剖析,然后提出了国际化企业在实务中如何应对金融风险敞口做了有益的探索。
With the implementation of the strategy of “going global”, the pace of internationalization of Chinese enterprises has accelerated, but the financial exposure faced by enterprises has become more and more prominent. This paper first analyzes the realistic background of financial risk exposure of internationalized enterprises, After analyzing the financial risk exposures, the article puts forward some beneficial exploration of how to deal with the financial risk exposure in the practice of internationalized enterprises.
