平菇属于木腐菌类,其分解木质素、纤维素的能力很强。目前种植平菇,可利用秋后的干稻草、麦子秆、玉米秆、玉米芯、甘蔗渣、棉子壳、废棉、花生壳等多种原料作为培养基。一般以棉子壳、稻草作原料的效果较好。在种植水稻的地区,则以稻草为好。平菇的栽培方式,可分为室内、外栽培两种,室内栽培多采用大床栽培或塑料袋及箱筐栽培,室外栽培多采用阳畦栽培,本文主要介绍室内大床栽培技术。
