对DGN-1型流量计中传感器部分进行了重新设计,传感器压阻芯片采用全桥对称形式,完成自动温度补偿,消除因热形变应力而产生的漂移电压信号,提高了传感器的灵敏度;控制电路采用高输入阻抗的同相放大器并串联高共模抑制能力的差动放大器,该测量电路具有较强的抑制共模干扰的能力。同时,给出了CYG13B传感器与集成运算放大器组合控制电路的一种设计方法,其优点是仪表从采集信号到信号放大均有较好的抗干扰性能,使整机性能在可靠性、稳定性方面有较好的改善。
