本文报告130例（100例临床健康人与30例冠心病倾向者）极量活动平板运动试验有关循环反应，运动耐量，心电图改变及全身反应的各种结果。并结合文献讨论得出以下结论：1．极量活动平板运动试验是安全可行的，本组130例均无并发症。2．本试验为强力型运动试验较双倍二级梯运动试验阳性率高，对冠心病的早期诊断，予后判断有更大的价值。3．本试验为极量运动试验，能反映受检者的运动耐量，心脏储备功能与氧代谢情况，故可用于健康人及心血管疾病人的心功能评定，也可用于药物治疗，心脏手术及运动疗法前后疗效的评比。4．本试验在国内开展时间不长，经验不多，运动量较大，对老年人及已有心血管异常者仍有一定危险性故应谨慎从事，注意掌握适应证与禁忌证；本试验为非特异性试验有假阳性与假阴性，在分析结果与作结论时应结合临床及试验的总体进行综合判断。
This article reports on the results of the maximal treadmill exercise test on circulatory response, exercise tolerance, electrocardiographic changes, and systemic responses in 130 patients (100 healthy individuals and 30 predisposed to coronary heart disease). Combined with the literature discussion to draw the following conclusions: 1. Excessive treadmill exercise test is safe and feasible, no complications in this group of 130 patients. 2. This test is an extreme exercise test that can reflect the subject’s exercise tolerance, cardiac reserve function and oxygen metabolism, it can be used for healthy people and cardiovascular disease in patients with cardiac function assessment can also be used for drug treatment, cardiac surgery and exercise Therapeutic efficacy before and after the appraisal. 4. This trial is not long in the country, with little experience, large amount of exercise, the elderly and those who have cardiovascular abnormalities still have a certain degree of danger should therefore be cautious, pay attention to the indications and contraindications; this test for non-specific test False positive and false negative, in the analysis of the results and conclusions should be combined with the overall clinical and experimental judgment.
