目的探讨醛固酮的变化与卵巢早衰的关系,探讨疾病的发病机制。方法本实验用雷公藤诱导早衰Wistar大鼠模型的肾上腺结构及醛固酮的变化作一研究。结果早衰大鼠的肾上腺球状带结构发生了明显的变化,球状带明显增厚。并且血清中醛固酮含量有所上生。结论说明可能醛固酮的升高与早衰的发生发展存在一定关系。
Objective To investigate the relationship between aldosterone changes and premature ovarian failure and to explore the pathogenesis of the disease. Methods In this study, tripterygium wilfordii induced premature senility Wistar rat model of adrenal structure and aldosterone changes for a study. Results The structure of adrenal globular zone in premature senile rats changed obviously, and the globular zone was obviously thickened. And aldosterone content in the serum of some students. Conclusions suggest that aldosterone may be associated with the occurrence and development of premature aging.
