TD-SCDMA是我国第一个拥有自主知识产权的国际通信标准,也是为国际接纳和完整标准化的3G技术,是国际唯一主流的TDD模式的3G标准。TD-SCDMA独有的技术优势和政府的大力支持决定其将具有巨大的产业发展空间。本文在对重庆市发展3G产业的优势与不足进行分析和TD-SCDMA手机终端市场前景预测的基础上,对未来重庆市3G手机产业链的发展框架进行了探讨,并提出相关产业发展政策建议。
TD-SCDMA is China’s first international communication standard with independent intellectual property rights and is also a 3G technology that is accepted and completely standardized by the world. It is the only 3G standard in the mainstream TDD mode in the world. TD-SCDMA unique technical advantages and strong government support decided that it will have a huge space for industrial development. Based on the analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of developing 3G industry in Chongqing and the forecast of the market prospect of TD-SCDMA handset market, this paper discusses the development framework of 3G handset industry chain in Chongqing in the future, and puts forward the policy proposals of related industry development.
