SCL-90自测评量表是实际应用中测定心理状况较为广泛的方法之一,但该方法在具体应用中也显现出诸多的不足与缺点,尤其是针对军人这个特殊的群体,由于其心理水平与军种、兵种、性别、文化程度、军龄、职别以及特殊的环境条件等因素有关,利用SCL-90常规测试对军人统计分析存在“偏态分布”特征,因此普通常模不适应于军人这一研究对象.本文选取兵龄一到两年的1 214名战士的SCL-90数据,求得10个因子的各自平均值,再对求取平均值后的10个因子进行主成分分析,将多指标转化为少数几个综合指标.随后对主成分进行加权处理,并对10个因子的平均值进行极差标准化,作这1 214名战士心理健康水平的星座图,再对其坐标进行聚类分析,从而对这些战士的心理健康水平进行分类,最后进行判别分析,即在分类确定的条件下,根据不同战士的各种特征值判别其类型归属.通过以上步骤,可以对青年军人心理健康状况进行科学的评价与分析,有助于及时发现问题,防患于未然.针对常模缺失(或不足)的军人研究对象,本文为其SCL-90统计结果进行分析甄别、判别提供了一种新方法.

The above steps can make a scientific evaluation and analysis of the mental health status of young military personnel, which can help to detect problems in time and take preventive measures.Aiming at the lack of (or insufficient) military personnel of the norm, this paper presents the results of SCL-90 Analytical screening, discrimination provides a new method.
