目的探讨纳米级铅对小鼠免疫球蛋白和T淋巴细胞亚型的影响。方法将健康昆明种小白鼠80只随机分为5组,通过灌胃摄入不同剂量的纳米级二氧化铅和普通二氧化铅,连续5d后测定免疫球蛋白含量和T淋巴细胞亚群。结果不同剂量的纳米级二氧化铅均可导致小鼠血清免疫球蛋白IgG、IgM、IgE含量下降,CD4+T淋巴细胞亚群减少,CD4+/CD8+T淋巴细胞的比值下降(P<0.05),其中高剂量纳米级铅组小鼠的各项免疫指标下降最为明显。相同剂量时,纳米级铅染毒组的免疫指标值相对于普通铅染毒组要低(P<0.05)。结论纳米级铅可对小鼠的免疫功能产生损害,并且其的损害作用大于普通PbO2。
Objective To investigate the effect of nano-lead on immunoglobulin and T lymphocyte subsets in mice. Methods Eighty healthy Kunming mice were randomly divided into 5 groups. Different doses of nano-lead dioxide and common lead dioxide were ingested by gavage. Immunoglobulin content and T lymphocyte subsets were measured 5 days after the continuous administration. Results Nanoparticles of lead dioxide at different dosages could decrease the serum immunoglobulin IgG, IgM and IgE levels, decrease the CD4 + T lymphocyte subsets, and decrease the ratio of CD4 + / CD8 + T lymphocytes (P <0.05) , Of which the high dose of lead in the lead group of mice decreased the most significant immune indicators. At the same dosage, the immune index of the lead poisoning group was lower than that of the lead poisoning group (P <0.05). Conclusion Nano-scale lead to impaired immune function in mice, and its damage than ordinary PbO2.
