目的 :探讨连环素α、β在非小细胞肺癌中表达及其临床意义。方法 :用SABC免疫组化技术检测αβ -catenin在 5 8例非小细胞肺癌手术标本中的表达变化 ,并探讨αβ-catenin表达与病理组织学分级和淋巴结转移之间的关系。结果 :NSCLC病理组织中存在不同程度的αβ -catenin表达降低 ,5 8例肺癌组织标本有 38例(6 5 .5 2 % )α -catenin表达降低、35例 (6 0 .34% ) β -catenin ;表达降低 ;低分化肺癌标本与高中分化肺癌标本αβ-catenin比较差异有显著性 (P值均 <0 .0 5 ) ;伴有淋巴结转移的肺癌标本与没有淋巴结区域转移肺癌标本比较差异有显著性 (P均 <0 .0 5 )。结论 :αβ -catenin异常表达与非小细胞肺癌的分化程度和淋巴结转移密切相关。
Objective: To investigate the expression of catenin α and β in non-small cell lung cancer and its clinical significance. Methods: The expression changes of αβ-catenin in 58 cases of non-small cell lung cancer specimens were detected by SABC immunohistochemistry. The relationship between αβ-catenin expression and pathological grade and lymph node metastasis was also explored. Results: The expression of αβ-catenin in NSCLC tissues was decreased to some extent. The expression of α-catenin in 38 cases (65.52%) of the 58 cases of lung cancer tissues was decreased, and 35 cases (60.34% catenin; There was significant difference in αβ-catenin between poorly differentiated lung cancer specimens and high differentiated lung cancer specimens (all P <0.05). There was significant difference between lung cancer specimens with lymph node metastasis and those without lymph node metastasis Significance (P <0.05). Conclusion: The abnormal expression of αβ-catenin is closely related to the differentiation and lymph node metastasis of non-small cell lung cancer.
