焊接变形存在诸多不可控制因素,依靠实际操作过程中的经验进行焊接控制不仅费时费力,还对产品的生产进度以及质量造成严重影响。本文结合实际生产情况,选取B型地铁构架侧梁为例,通过UG建立其三维模型,再导入HyperMesh进行网格划分,所得网格再导入WSDP,设置好相应的参数通过计算机计算,其焊接变形量即可通过云图一目了然的显示出来。这样就能够为以后的生产提供理论依据,具有实际指导意义,从而实现焊接变形的控制以提高生产效率和保证产品质量。
Welding deformation there are many uncontrollable factors, relying on the actual operation of the experience of welding control is not only time-consuming and laborious, but also on the production schedule and quality of products have a serious impact. In this paper, taking the actual production situation as an example, we choose the side beam of B-type metro as an example, establish its 3D model by UG, then mesh it with HyperMesh, then import the WSDP into WSDP, set the corresponding parameters through computer, The amount can be displayed at a glance through the cloud.
