我国首台自主研发的110 MWR0110重型燃气轮机燃烧室按于式低NO_x(Dry Low NO_x,DLN)原理设计。DLN燃烧技术的关键是在控制总的燃料/空气当量比的前提下,实现其均匀预混。本文针对NO_x排放性能,根据文献调研总结出的燃料/空气均匀预混的基本原则和方法,从结构设计、小型模型试验、全尺寸数值模拟等方面进行了研究。结论是R0110燃烧室的燃料/空气预混均匀性较差,并用热态单管试验测得的NO_x排放数据进行了验证。同时分析了问题的原因并提出了改进的方向和措施。
China’s first self-developed 110 MWR0110 heavy duty gas turbine combustor is designed with the principle of low NO_x (Dry Low NO_x, DLN). The key to DLN combustion technology is to achieve uniform premixing while controlling the overall fuel / air equivalence ratio. In this paper, according to the basic principle and method of fuel / air pre-mixing, which are summarized in literature investigation, the paper studies the NO_x emission performance from the aspects of structural design, small model test and full-scale numerical simulation. The conclusion is that the fuel / air premix homogeneity of the R0110 combustor is poor and verified by NO x emission data from a hot single tube test. At the same time, the causes of the problems are analyzed and the directions and measures of improvement are put forward.
