针对目前中职数学教学中存在的问题,通过“分层走班制”教学改革实践,阐述了课程设置、分层方法、走班步骤、辅导评价等实践内容,列举了在增强学生自信心、推进数学课程改革、提高教师专业发展方面取得的成效。
Aiming at the existing problems in the teaching of mathematics in secondary vocational schools, the practice contents of curriculum setup, stratification method, walking procedure and counseling evaluation are expounded through the practice of “stratification and walking system” teaching reform. Promote the reform of mathematics curriculum and improve the professional achievements of teachers.
