走出园门参加专家培训,然后把所学的内容通过一定的方式进行幼儿园园本培训,是分享经验、放大外出学习效应的重要途径。然而在这一过程中如何进行才能取得事半功倍的成效呢?分析以往的经验,虽然也组织相关的讲座传达或实践观摩,但参与者往往是过眼云烟,当时激动随着时间的流逝又回归现状。如何改变这一现状呢?今年,作为骨干教师的我参加了江苏省“引智”培训,回园后我进行了以下的尝试,感觉颇丰。一、分享学习日记,聆听真实心声
