目的:了解湖北汉族人群RhD与RhCE的分型特征,探讨其对Del的鉴定意义。方法:采用抗人球蛋白卡式法对湖北汉族人群进行RhD初筛,IAT确认阴性标本,进一步做吸收放散试验确认Del,PCR法检测RhC(+)标本的RHD1227A等位基因。结果:472例RhD阳性人群中共检出CCee 203例(43%)、CcEe 131例(27.7%)、ccEE 58例(12.3%)、Ccee 53例(11.2%)、ccEe 16例(3.4%)、CCEe 6例(1.3%)、CcEE 5例(1.1%);305例IAT确认阴性人群中共检出ccee 189例(61.9%)、Ccee 81例(26.6%)、ccEe 19例(6.2%)、CCee 10例(3.28%)、CcEe 6例(1.97%);63例经吸收放散试验确认Del组共检出Ccee 39例(61.9%)、CCEe 12例(19.1%)、CcEe 7例(11.1%)、CCee 5例(7.9%);Del组中RhC(+)比例为100%(63/63),RHD1227A阳性率为95.2%(60/63)。结论:湖北汉族人群RhD抗原表达与RhCE分型有关;RhC(+)有助于Del型的筛选,可以结合吸收放散试验和检测RHD1227A来鉴定Del型。
OBJECTIVE: To understand the typing characteristics of RhD and RhCE in Han nationality in Hubei Province, and discuss the significance of its identification on Del. Methods: RhD screening of Han population in Hubei province was performed by anti-human globulin cassette method. Negative specimens were confirmed by IAT, further absorption and desorption tests were carried out to confirm the presence of allele RHD1227A in RhC (+) specimens by Del and PCR. Results: Of the 472 RhD-positive patients, 203 (43%) were detected in CCee, 131 (27.7%) with CeEe, 58 (12.3%) with ccEE, 53 with Ccee (11.2% CCEe was detected in 189 (61.9%), Ccee (26.6%), ccEe in 19 (6.2%), CCee CesE was found in 39 cases (61.9%), CCEe in 12 cases (19.1%) and CcEe in 7 cases (11.1%) in 63 cases of Del treated group. , And 5 cases (7.9%) of CCee. The RhC (+) ratio of Del group was 100% (63/63), and the positive rate of RHD1227A was 95.2% (60/63). Conclusion: The expression of RhD antigen in Hubei Han population is related to RhCE typing. RhC (+) is helpful to the screening of Del type, and can be used to identify Del type in combination with absorption and desorption test and detection of RHD1227A.
